Scope of Application: Passenger compartment doors of urban rail vehicles.
Functional Characteristics:
· On the basis of the inner hidden door, the technical characteristics of the external door and the plug door are integrated to realize the micro plug-and-pull action, so that the adhesive strip around the door plate is in full contact with the sealing frame, so as to realize the full sealing and make the sealing effect close to the plug door;
· Internal and external mechanism components are highly independent. With integrated and modular design it' s easy to install, adjust, maintain and replace;
· The double-hinged chain design is adopted in the door leaf hanging of external bearing mechanism. As for the locking and unlocking mechanism in the internal driving mechanism, it adopts the mature structure of the inner hidden door which has been used for many years. it has the advantages of simple and compact structure and very reliable locking and unlocking function.
· The internal driving mechanism adopts the traditional gear belt transmission mode. which has the advantages of simple structure, good reliability, low maintenance cost and so on.
