Railway Brake System


· Intelligent Monitoring and Early Warning:  Laser sensors are installed on the outer side of the axle to form alarm and braking detection zones.When the axle intrudes into the laser detection zone, the system can accurately determine whether the vehicle has derailed and issue real-time alarms.

· Automatic Emergency Braking Function: Once a derailment signal is detected, the system immediately cuts off the air supply to the train's brake pipe through an electro-pneumatic valve, triggering emergency braking and issuing an alarm.

· Simple Structure and Easy Installation: The device is installed above the axle on the vehicle underframe without affecting the existing structure of the vehicle. It requires minimal maintenance and inspection.

· High Precision and Low False Alarm Rate: The laser sensors monitor the position of the axle, and the data processing module can accurately analyze changes in the axle's position, reducing the likelihood of false alarms.

· Versatile for Various Train Types: The device is not only suitable for railway freight cars but can also be installed on passenger cars or other railway vehicles according to specific needs.
