The dual-needle pressure gauge is primarily used for measuring pressure in locomotive air compressors, hydraulic systems, or air reservoirs. Its working principle is based on the deformation of a Bourdon tube under the action of medium pressure. This deformation is transmitted and amplified through a mechanical linkage, which drives the pointer to deflect along the dial scale, indicating the measured pressure value.
This pressure gauge features an axial structure and is capable of measuring two identical or different pressures simultaneously. It is equipped with a soft LED ring light positioned at the upper part of the dial, providing gentle illumination to facilitate clear reading during night-time operation.
